Slim and healthy. Yoga really helps to regulate weight, helps to get rid of bad eating habits. Regular yoga practice helps to keep calcium in the bones, preventing the development of osteoporosis.

Cosmetology. Through practice, the skin is rejuvenated and acquires radiance, evens out the complexion, dark circles disappear under the eyes.

Youth. With age we have in the blood increases the level of cortisol, a stress hormone, and the level of sex hormones – testosterone and estrogen – reduced. At the same time, our youth and beauty depend on the level of the latter. It is in our power to increase life expectancy and improve its quality through yoga.


Just stay calm. During practice, a large amount of serotonin and endorphins are released into the bloodstream, and you have a sense of psychological comfort and even the most terrible rush at work will not be able to unsettle you.

Density. Yoga will help concentration in all aspects of life by connecting the mind, body, spirit. Information will be assimilated faster, the ability to remember will grow, many times faster will be the study of unknown material. Such is the inventory in memory and consciousness.

Happiness. After yoga, you can call yourself a happy person. You will do everything in your power to make others happy. Also, you will establish relations with relatives. Very much want to give, love, give and make the world a better place.
