LinkedIn endorsements. I've got a lot of great endorsements from people I've worked with.

Do you think there's a place for them on my resume? Obviously all the endorsements are going to be positive because the person has to approve them, but I think mine are especially strong. Maybe as a one-page addendum? Or a line that references it on my resume?
I suspect that recruiters like you would do the search and see if you have people in common (that's what I do when recruiting) and see them anyway. But most recruiters aren't that thorough.

The endorsements are nice, but I think a better way to handle them would be as a reference in your cover letter.
A page of LinkedIn endorsements, lifted out of their natural context, might be viewed as odd or as padding.
They speak well for you within LinkedIn, but they lose a lot of their meaning and significance when presented separately.
That will especially be the case when presented to prospective employers who do not use LinkedIn.
