Most daily newspaper editors ignore criticism from alternative papers, but Dallas Morning News managing editor George Rodrigue worries that if the News doesn't respond to Dallas Observer columnist Jim Schutze, people might think he's right. "He claims to see our reporters as part of a massive conspiracy by the city's business leadership to support the Trinity River tollway.
