The Philadelphia Inquirer is putting out a book of columns by former staffer
John Grogan and the best-selling "Marley and Me" author is so upset about it that he's told sales reps he won't promote the title. Vanguard Press struck a deal for the book, "Bad Dogs Have More Fun," directly with the Inquirer, which owns the rights to the columns, and Grogan wasn't given any advance notice. ||
Grogan's agent writes: "We are outraged at this misleading representation of a collection that has nearly no content that relates to Marley or even to dogs."
