Some Bancroft family members are upset that Dow Jones CEO
Richard Zannino even met
Rupert Murdoch for breakfast on March 29. In their eyes, this suggess that Zannino favors a sale of the company, although the CEO says he hasn't advocated any position on the offer. One family member says he wouldn't sell Dow Jones if News Corp. offered more than $100 a share. "If you give it over to Rupert Murdoch, it'll be ruined," says William Cox Jr., 76.
