St. Paul Pioneer Press publisher Fred Mott says the Star Tribune's coverage of his paper's lawsuit against Par Ridder has been "very fair and balanced. Matt [McKinney] has done a very professional job. He has asked the right questions." McKinney says a frustration in covering the story for the Strib is that publisher Par Ridder hasn't been willing to comment much. Strib ombud Kate Parry asks Ridder about that.
