Former Santa Barbara News-Press editor
Jerry Roberts says he's considering legal action against the News-Press for its
story about child porn found on the hard drive of a computer he used at the paper. "Today's front page story smearing and libeling me is utterly false, defamatory and malicious -- and published with knowledge that, as to me, it is completely untrue," he said on Sunday. The paper bought the computer secondhand and it was used by multiple employees.
