Canadians keep asking
Phil Rosenthal just how big a story the
Conrad Black case is in Chicago. "I almost don't have the heart to tell them," he says. "He is more than a nobody and not quite a somebody. Until his recent legal entanglements compelled him to visit, Black simply didn't get his shoes salty here much." ||
National Post: "I'm feeling fine," says Black as he shakes hands with reporters.
>
Sun-Times publisher: "Despite feelings of resentment that are still quite inflamed in some quarters, our coverage of Mr. Black's trial will be founded on the presumption that he and his colleagues are innocent until they are proven guilty."
