Daytona Beach News-Journal lawyers argued that the shares are worth $29 million, while lawyers for Cox Enterprises said they're worth $145 million. A judge on Friday strongly rebuked News-Journal Corp. officials, saying that the "record is replete with evidence of corporate waste and questionable conduct."
