San Diego Union-Tribune
Gina Lubrano points out that her paper endorsed Sen. Dianne Feinstein and other Democrats in 2000. The ombud also debunks an urban legend about the old San Diego Union that says the paper was so biased in favor of Republicans in 1960 that it all but ignored a San Diego campaign visit by John F.
