The New York Times, NBC News and Time magazine filed motions on Tuesday to quash subpoenas for interview notes, drafts of articles and other records sought by
Scooter Libby. The Washington Post says it received a subpoena last week for
Bob Woodward's notes and had turned them over. "The Post produced the complete version of Bob Woodward's memo of his interview with Mr. Libby on June 27, 2003," says the paper. "This action did not pose legal or journalistic concerns to The Post or Mr. Woodward." (Related WSJ
