MySpace Meets Wall Street Journal?
WSJ
WSJ.com
Rupert Murdoch's next acquisition?
(UPDATE MAY 2: Jim Romenesko reports that the Bancroft family opposes this bid.)

I kid you not! This morning, CNN/Money reports: "News Corp. has made an unsolicited $5 billion takeover bid for Dow Jones & Co. -- an offer that could prove tough for the Bancroft family that controls the publisher of The Wall Street Journal to turn down, analysts said."

This will be a fun one to watch! It certainly puts MySpace News in a different context.

(Thanks to CNN's Peter Dykstra for the tip.)
