With two candidates head-to-head, each claiming victory, the day after Mexico's presidential election has proven to be a boon for Mexican news sites.
In the first hours after polls closed, initial figures showed the two candidates, Andrés Manuel López Obrador and Felipe Calderón, fighting for first place. Now everyone in Mexico is waiting for the IFE (Instituto Federal Electoral, the Mexican government agency in charge of counting the votes) to give the final placement.
IFE has just promised some information for Tuesday July 4, but it will not say who the winner is.
