Even without being an expert, anyone looking at the photo below, notice the excessive greenery. Of course, the expert favors a more definite, and perhaps even find a number of problems. But today we will talk only about the absence of spurious tones, or in other words, the correct color balance.
And this conversation is not addressed to experts and ordinary users of Photoshop.
When we are inside a real scene, our eyes adapt (accustomed) to the lighting conditions. Thus, the brain eliminates the existing light in hue, that is – automatically sets the white balance. Considering the outside sheet of plain paper, we take it with white. Entering from the street into a room lit by incandescent bulbs, we get used to a warmer world and continue to take a white sheet of paper as white as the outside.
